Mr & Mrs Crowley said: “We waited only six weeks before being given a date and the work began promptly. The weather was atrocious on some days but the team was never daunted. The team (Terry & Tom) arrived early and finished late every day for almost two weeks, including Saturday.
“Their work ethic was impressive, and the work was not always straightforward. However, Terry & Tom had all the skills to overcome the problems while ensuring the customer was happy and the standard of the finish high. All they required from me was a regular supply of tea; milk no sugar!

“We continued to receive attention from the management team, co-ordinating other contractors and enquiring about progress and customer satisfaction. My impression was that ‘customer satisfaction’ was highly valued and top of the agenda.
“The work is completed, and our old, tired conservatory has been recreated into a new, impressive ‘garden room’. Our only regret is that we waited so long to make the change, but it was a good decision and Leekes lived up to its reputation.”
