Leekes' garden rooms are designed to give you year-round space for your property. Whether you use this extension as a garden room, home office, garden gym or somewhere simply for storage, is entirely up to you. We offer two designs, the Casa, our basic design, and the Vale, our steel version, with both designed as a self-contained building, designed with a modular composite wall. Through this, you'll enjoy a thermally efficient space, trapping in natural warmth throughout the year.

We have a range of different options to choose from. You simply choose between the size of the Casa and the Vale, the window and door options, select your external colour, and then pick the internal options you want!
As with all our home extensions, our garden rooms and home offices are attached with a guarantee of quality. The Casa and the Vale buildings are accompanied by a 10-year guarantee, with cladding providing year-after-year of good-as-new looks. Even after regular exposure to the changeable elements, these spaces will continue to look good.
Both our the Casa and the Vale garden rooms are fully insulated and fitted with a Firestone EPDM rubber roof system. Alongside the composite cladding, warm air will be trapped within the extension throughout the year. This means that even in the coldest of winters, you can make full use of your home office. As heat is retained within our garden rooms, you won't have to worry about using excess central heating to warm the space, which could increase your energy bills.
Leekes' garden rooms are designed to be ready to use upon installation. The Casa and the Vale house extensions are already fitted with windows and doors. The interior of the Vale is pre-decorated, removing the need for an external plasterer or decorator to get what you want. Included within the price is a plug and play electric pack. You'll be able to use this space straight after installation!
Yes & no. Leekes' the Vale garden rooms come pre-decorated. This removes the time, hassle and cost of getting a decorator to make these extensions how you like them. All you have to do is furnish your garden office. For the Casa design, some decorating will be required inside.
In most cases, you will not need planning permission to get one of our garden rooms installed at your Carmarthenshire, Cardiff, Thornbury, Melksham or Rhondda Cynon Taff home. If the eaves height is under 2.5m and doesn't project beyond the front wall of your house, you will not require it. In general, adding a stand-alone single-storey garden rooms to the rear or side of your property is usually permitted. However, the Leekes team would recommend that our customers check their local government's planning portal before starting any work to ensure they are complying with the rules when choosing the Casa or the Vale for their home.
Both the Casa and the Vale garden rooms can be decorated in several different colours to match your property. The Carmarthenshire, Cardiff, Thornbury, Melksham or Rhondda Cynon Taff homeowner can choose from six colours for the cladding, four front decked step colours, as well as options for the internal decor, flooring and skirting. By choosing these house extensions, you'll truly be able to get a bespoke space for your property.
The doors and windows within the design of our garden rooms can be decorated to fit your Camarthenshire, Cardiff, Thornbury, Melksham or Rhondda Cynon Taff home. The patio and French designs come in three frame colour options, with opening options also available. The door furniture itself can be matched to your property. We give you complete control, with multi-point locking available.
You can choose two different door options for both the Casa and the Vale garden rooms. As standard, uPVC French & Patio Doors are available. For an extra cost, a bifold door can be incorporated into the design.
