The South Wales homeowner has the choice of two different designs, the Casa, our basic style, and the Vale, our steel version, with each design fitted as a self-contained building and created with a modular composite wall. Due to this, you can enjoy a thermally efficient space that will help trap natural warmth within your home throughout the year.

We appreciate that every Cardiff and South Wales home is different, with our customers having their own idea of individual style and tastes. That's why our customers are put in total control of the design of our garden rooms. You have the choice over several stages in the design process. The first step is to decide between our the Casa and the Vale garden rooms, then select the size you require, the window and door options, external colour, and then choose what internal options you want to incorporate!

Like the rest of our home extensions, each of our garden rooms and home offices is accompanied by a guarantee of quality. Our the Casa and the Vale garden room designs are covered for 10-years on all parts and labour, and the cladding used within the design will provide year-after-year of good-as-new looks. Even after facing exposure to the changeable South Wales weather, your garden room will continue to retain its look.

The Casa and The Vale garden rooms we offer have both been fully insulated in their design and created with a Firestone EPDM rubber roof system. The composite cladding, windows and doors work alongside each other to trap pockets of warm air within your extension year-round. Even in the coldest Cardiff weather, you can make full use of your extension. With heat retained throughout the year, you won't have to worry about using more central heating to warm the space, which will help keep your energy bills low.

Leekes' garden rooms are designed for use immediately after installation at your Cardiff home. Our the Casa and the Vale home offices have been pre-fitted with windows and doors. The Vale garden room is pre-decorated, removing the need for you to hire an external plaster or decorator to visit your property to make your extension usable. We include a plug and play electric pack in the installation price. You can use your garden room immediately after installation!
