You’ll have no concerns over weatherproofing when you choose Leekes. All our products, including our house extensions, performing fantastically in adverse weather. All windows and doors come with high performance seals and trickle vents to prevent rain from seeping into the home. The roofline we fit comes with high quality uPVC guttering, that filters water and waste away from the extension.

Older extensions and conservatories would often require constant upkeep to perform to an acceptable standard. Our modern product is the exact opposite of that, lasting for decades while only needing occasional, correct maintenance. You’ll need to ensure that the roofline is never blocked up, while also keeping the windows and doors free of excess dust. However, little else is required your end.
