Replacement Roof Case Study

Mrs Rose said: ‘’After having our Leekes conservatory for just over 10 years which was still in excellent condition, we decided to enquire about having a replacement solid roof. For us there was only one company to go to Leekes as they had fitted the original conservatory. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable which made our decision very easy. ‘’

Mrs Rose remarked: ‘’Being south facing the conservatory was always so hot, we felt we needed more than blinds. We also wanted to make the conservatory more of a room in the house.’’ She opted for the current most popular model, the UltraRoof380, a solid roof with an authentic tile effect and a plastered interior finish combining inset lighting and optional Velux skylight windows.

‘’We chose the UltraRoof380 because we liked the look of the roof from the outside with the roof slates, and loved the flat plastered ceiling with the spot lights. It was so right for what we wanted.

And as for Leekes fitters and tradesmen, the experience proved to be the same as it was 10 years previously ‘’The team of fitters arrived and were a credit to Leekes, approachable, friendly and hard workers. They explained exactly what they would be doing over the next week and answered all of our questions. We cannot fault the workmanship and to say we are happy is an understatement. ‘’
